The required personal information and – depending on the hotel – payment details are entered. All data is transmitted securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Once online check-in is completed, guests receive their personal check-in pass, including all essential information for arrival.

If supported by the property’s door lock system, the digital key is also provided at this stage.

Depending on the hotel, the check-in pass can be used on site to obtain the room key – for example via a terminal at the hotel or through digital access.

If a terminal is available in the entrance area or lobby, guests can either access their digital check-in booking or complete the remaining steps using their check-in pass.

At the terminal, the booking can be accessed directly or opened via the check-in pass. If the check-in has not yet been completed, any required information can be added directly at the terminal.

Once all steps are completed, further instructions are displayed on the screen. By placing a key card on the encoder, the room key is issued
