All formalities completed in advance
Hospitality instead of bureaucracy at the reception: Hotel guests can fill in and deposit their digital registration form themselves in all channels of the Hotelbird Platform or the Self-Service Terminal. The hotel receives the completed digital registration forms conveniently by E-mail. Once the registration form data has been completed, it is automatically synchronized with the hotel’s PMS at check-in. Paper forms and barely legible handwriting are now a thing of the past.

In the Hotelbird App or on the laptop: The booker fills out his registration form once digitally on his device – and always has it available in the future
At the self-check-in
Avoiding transmission errors is the motto when handling forms: If guests enter their data themselves at the Self-Check-in Terminal in the hotel, they are permanently available without errors.
Regardless of where the registration data was entered: On the day of arrival, the guest data is integrated into the hotel’s PMS system in real time

No waiting times at the reception, complete temporal and local independence of the guests: the digital registration form completes the digital, seamless check-in service of the guest and is a must for future-oriented hotel communication.
