Digital guest journey
We accompany your guests before arrival, during their stay, and after departure. All interactions with the hotel can be digitally mapped and integrated into your existing guest communication. In addition, it is possible to digitally check in guests via external OTA bookings using a Booking.com interface. Hotelbird works in the background.
With our 2-way interfaces to more than 40 market-leading providers from PMS, locking systems and payment, we offer the necessary infrastructure to allow systems to communicate with each other. Through the free choice of guest channels we guarantee a high usage rate and secure data transfers. The infrastructure is the heart of Hotelbird and is constantly being expanded and improved.
In addition to the basic, or core functions along the digital guest journey, we offer a variety of other services for hotel operations. Through our own guest management system myHotelbird, you can continuously keep an overview of your hotel’s check-in numbers, usage rates, email delivery and many more KPIs. Through a digital, legally compliant Covid-Check, necessary information can be checked in real time.
