This is how PayPal works.
Paying with PayPal only requires a PayPal account. This account can be topped up at any time with a certain amount of credit for further transactions. If not, PayPal automatically falls back on the deposited bank account or credit card. If a user wants to pay, he only needs to log into his PayPal account with his e-mail address and a password and confirm the transaction. It is not necessary to enter further personal information such as bank details.
